Response from Moon Air Inc.:
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-Star review.
I’ve come to expect great service from Moon Air, today was no exception. Liz was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took the time to explain each detail of the routine maintenance performed, made recommendations for the most cost effective approach to replacing part of our system that is due for replacement and even contacted the existing manufacturer to see if anything was still under warranty. This level of service is extremely rare today and why I stick with MoonAir. Highly recommend both Koz and this company. Shop local!
Jack the service technician was polite, friendly and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and very respectful. We would highly recommend Jack for your service technician.
Mike did a wonderful job cleaning my air conditioning and getting me ready for the summer.

Performed gas leak search on furnace and found no leaks. Found that the combustion drainage system is leaking water iupper furnace compartment causing the Metal to rust. Also found that the exaust removal system has is pulling to many amps. Rated for 2.8 amps actual is 3.2 amps due to bearing failing in the motor. Outdoor Refrigerant pumping system has high electrical resistance casing electrical connections to become burnt. Do not recommend any repairs at this time due to age of indoor and outdoor system.
